1. Divide into tactical units of 3-5 people
  2. Each unit consists of specialists, who have a certain point of view (e.g. verbal communication, non-verbal communication, messaging, movement, group formations)
  3. The units spread into the environment at hand; each unit chooses a specific space or form of interaction to work on (e.g. lecture room, cafeteria, hallway, stairs, workshop space, smoking area)
  4. Each unit develops a utopian manual, function or technology for collaboration that transforms the mode of interaction in that specific space
  5. We come back to the workshop space and come up with a way of spreading the technologies into the environment
  6. The task is to test and spread the technologies during the rest of the day, so that they become available (e.g. while having coffee or through post-its)
